Hi, I am here after digging a bit to find a match that allows swapping the engine of my 6Y. It is an AME, 1.4 MPI of the year 2000.

Due to lubrication problems, it had a major failure. So, my question is, can I replace it with another code or only with an AME?
Any suggestion will be more than welcome.

Any 1.4 8V engine from a Fabia I will work, a 16V will not.
