Hi my skoda fabia 02 has started to lose power & jumps when I've been driving for a while also the oil light comes on and an Amber circle with a triangle inside it the oil level is fine & if I stop for a while & then restart its all OK any help will be welcome thank you,

And the oil pressure? That is a pressure warning light rather than just a level warning.

sorry being a novice how do I know the oil pressure? 

The oil pressure warning light is a red herring probably caused by sensor failure, it's fairly common for them to fail. Replace the sensor.

There is no oil level sensor on UK Fabias, we have to use the dipstick.

The loss of power and jerking you describe is probably coil pack failure causing a misfire, you need to get the fault codes read to isolate which coil pack needs replacing.
