Just wondering if I cut the back box off with a new tip will the diameter of the pipe be enough for 200+? The cats already been cut out and replaced with a pipe many thanks.

Good if the fine was £200 plus, but likely not even £100 and 3 points.

The standard exhaust is reportedly good for about 240, so if the change is because of the BHP, no need.

You seem to be living in petrol turbo world, the VRS is a diesel turbo and the exhaust doesn't affect performance at all.

 

This is because it uses a VNT unlike a petrol turbo and boost and spool are controlled by the ECU via the actuator.

 

Forget everything you thought you knew about tuning.
