I have a fabia mk1  1.4 auto 16v 2001 .  The battery was replaced about 2 month ago and the display for gears is distortrd not clear see pic and idea how to sort it?

 

Or direct me if its already been answered thanks

The edge connections for the dot matrix LED display are dirty or the solder joints are dry, you might make it worse if you try and repair it.

I would leave it alone, it's not important enough to worry about.

Agreed; That or the display is failing due to old age.
