I have a 2008 VRS estate and one of the front fog lamps has blown, how do you get to the bulb?? Is it a bumper off job? Can't seem to find a way to get to it.

Have you tried going in via the Wheel arch lining. 

the lens leavers out using something like a credit card with care.

They fix to the rear of the front bumper to take it off u have to remove the bumper, to change a bulb u have to get behind it, maybe remove under tray and go underneath

According to the manual, it's via the wheelarch liner
