Happy Easter all.

 

I appreciate this is a niche request but being the owner of a black car surrounded by trees that are putting out enough pollen to make my car yellow, I'm on the hunt for a decent all-weather outdoor car cover.

 

Has anyone got any good recommendations please?

Not what you want to hear I'm sure, but don't use a car cover.  Even the expensive ones move when it's windy, and it will, over time, put swirls in the paint clear coat.

If you must use a cover, these guys are good.

Damn. Well I was hoping to use it for summer only so this could minimise any potential damage but having done a little research it does seem to be the best advice, that is to avoid covers. 

 

I get my car detailed with a valet once a month and try and keep on top of pollen by dusting and occasional waterless waxing (which is probably scratching the car anyway). 

 

Guess I'm gonna have to invest in some washing gear in order to keep car looking pristine.

Same down here too.  Either that or a target for chucking things at/climbing over/graffiti
