Hi again cannister sorted looks like I need to replace micro switch passenger front door what I'm worried about is I will need to remove the door carrier which also means drilling out 4 pop rivets is there any issues I could face before or after removing this do these pop rivets need to be replaced thanks in advance.

I don't think you would need to drill out any rivets, as yours is a bolted on carrier panel, isn't it? You would only need to drill out rivets if you were replacing the window regulator, or loudspeaker, I think?

There's a how-to in the Fabia Guides section that should make it clear.

I don't think the problem with your door unlocking itself will be the 'door open' microswitch on the outside of the lock module, I think it'll be something within the lock module, but I'm not 100% on this.

You already checked for broken wires in the hinge area, I think?

Will have a good check of the wires but the issue only arises when I use the inside switch to lock all doors whilst in the car driving the passenger one locks down then pops back up the other 3 remain locked and its intermittent happening.
