Help and advice please!

My 2011 m2 Superb has now got four crusty window seals with the fronts looking particularly rough.

Any recommendations on replacement or improvement? In essence, they're falling apart and are getting rotten.

Are you sure they dont just need a good clean

Mines went that way after leaving under a tree a Manchester airport car-park for three weeks :biggrin:

The Veritate wheels on my Superb have limited access between the spokes, so cleaning the barrel and behind the spokes is a chore but possible with the right selection of brushes and woolies. BUT ... the numbnuts that designed the wheel added a 'gutter' around the barrel just behind the spokes. It collects a pool of rainwater when parked and is a magnet for brake dust and tar. Getting into the gutter to clean it is almost impossible - I can't even reach it all with my fingertips and a wheel mi

Good afternoon all. After not using my heater/blower for a couple of months. Turned on last week and aircon was blowing 'tepid' air. Have been to dealer this morning. They did a regas, confirming there were no leaks. Unfortunately has not cured the problem. They want to book in for a 'diagnostic' but cannot tell me what they will do or what they suspect can be wrong !! Has anybody had similar issues they may be able to give me some pointers towards please ??

Struggling to find anywhere exactly what oil type my engine should be using. The owner manual says "ask a specialist garage for the correct engine oil", which is bizarre - can't the manufacturer of the vehicle just tell me! On a previous with a dealer, they put in "Edge Prof LL IV 0W-20". I've just had a service via the RAC today, and they gave me the remaining oil in the tub, and I've just noticed it's "0W-30" and also says "VW 504.00/507.00" specification. looking to see if i can get suggestions on how to "activate" by retrofitted SLA headlights. essentially i'm getting an "cornering light (AFS)" error, meaning the high beam fancy masking/patterns (rollers) aren't working, let alone the shutters (HBA on/off). vcds autoscans show 2 faults in module 4B, saying the controllers are "Not coded". it looks like we need to upload (via ODIS/VCP) some parameters to the 4B module, telling it's now got SLA and how to use it. not sur

Skoda supurb 2014 RNS510 unit fitted 3T0035686H .HW version H21 . SW version 6270 Maps 8048 version 10 . Have a problem with start up screen skoda logo misaligned. Believe its a SSD version . Looking to do a SW flash with 6270 or 6276 but can't seem to find them anywhere , have maps version 17 on a disc but want to flash it first. Any help finding the required software would be appreciated willing to pay for it . Thanks in advance , Darren
