Recently had a collision with a deer on a rural Scottish road with my 2017 Octavia TDi Elegance.

At low speed so no great damage.

However the front distance sensor ,located behind the front grille, which warns of getting to close to car in front is now on continually -there is also some grille damage.

Can someone point me in the direction of the manual or  parts list for these items

I believe the front radar sensor will require calibration by a dealer. Best bet is to speak to them.

And I think that the recalibration is quiet expensive 

I can sympathise. Luckily our Scout doesn't have ACC, but nevertheless the unseen damage behind the bumper is something you might want to get checked out...
