I’m trying to change the radiator on my 98 Fun 1.6 petrol, I have removed the old one. And bought a new one but the new one seems to be slightly bigger than the old one. 

Has anyone had any problems or know why the new one my be bigger? 

Didn't you buy radiator for 1.9 or 1.6 with AC? That one is about 4cm taller, than normal 1.6.

Measure the new/old radiators with a tape measure. Let's avoid the "seems to" and have accurate data to discuss on.

That maybe the problem. It said on the internet it would fit but now I see there maybe a different one that I should have bought.
