I need a big estate for all my fishing tackle and general carryness.  My last two cars have been the really rather excellent Mk7 Honda Accord 2.4.  I've had next to zero issues, enjoyed easy maintenance and generally very happy years of motoring.  However all good things must come to an end, obvious choice was the Mk8 Accord tourer, great expect two things; one the 2.4 petrol is proper rare and two, the boot is too small and the rear leg room is small.  After many months of researching I made the decision to go for the Superb estate.   I made my mind up it had to be the V6, I do low miles, I want some fun and I like some power.  

 

After biding my time I've found one and it's now sitting outside.  It's a 10 plate with 107k.  Drives very well and would seem the service history is genuine.  However, the DSG and Haldex does bother me so first thing Friday it's booked in to have both serviced.  If it's as reliable as the Honda's I'll be very happy.

Good choice.  Hope the DSG isn't anything too serious
