Air mass sensor

Featured Replies

Hi everybody

I bought 2004 Octavia mk1 1.8t .

I discovered that the engine is AJH 1.8t, it consumes fuel,  I have a vacuum leak somewhere,  while searching for the leak my mechanic told me the car is weak, he disconnected the AIR MASS SENSOR,  the air mass part number on my car is ( 037 906 461 c).

I searched the net to buy one I discovered it is for 1.6 engine if am not mistaken.

Is there any advice about what air mass sensor I should install??

Shall I install one according to the car model OR the engine model?

And what is the part number for that Air mass sensor please?

Thank you .
