Fitting Bilstein B8’s and eibach -25mm springs

Featured Replies

Just a quick question, will I need shortened drop links for this set up, I’d hoped I didn’t as I’ve bought new Lemforder drop links already.

Ive read before that some use shortened drop links off certain Fords, but I’m guessing that’s for coil overs and the like?

Anyone give me any further info.

Id also read Meyle HD drop links are the fitment of choice, but like I said I have Lemforder now, do might fit Meyle HD next time.

can anyone shed any light on what size spacers do you fit to the Fabia vRS when fitting Octavia Spiders, if necessary other than pure how the car looks reasons.

I have Meyle HD with my Bilsteins and Eibachs and they're perfect, shortened ones are for seriously slammed cars prioritising show over go.

Spacers are not necessary, spiders will fit just fine.

Cheers for the reply, like I mentioned I have Lemforder drop links to fit.

Im also fitting new wishbones with cupra consoles and power flex front bushes, power flex arb bushes, new lower ball joints, the bilstein b8’s and the -25 eibach.

I also have a new red power flex dog bone to fit whilst fettling the front end.

cheers Dean
