Right so I may be imagining it, but there is some kind of rattling/faint knocking coming from the front of my car, sounds like suspension, or something loose in a bracket.

 

the past year I’ve had new track rods, new track rod ends and new arb bushes. Track rod ends done recently, and has made a massive improvement to the amount of noise. 

 

The rattle i’m Left with now sounds similar to when the track rod ends were knackered, apart from a lot quieter.

 

any ideas?

For anyone who isn't physically looking at the car it is a stab in the dark.

 

But could well be anti roll bar drop links. Assuming the anti roll bar is in good order.

When do you get the rattle?

 

If your getting a clunking noise over bumps I would definitely go with @Tech1e.

 

If it’s more of a consistent rattle I’d check you haven’t snapped a spring and part of it is sat in the strut just jiggling around. I would hope the garage you took it to for the other bits doing would have noticed this though.
