I have octavia 1u2 tour 2009

Doors are really hard to open (its not big problem when you get used to it)

But at least 3 people hit doors with their chin while trying to enter since they dont except it..

They also had problem from inside since it requires decent amount of push

 

Can you advise me what to do 

I have sx 90 as some sort of lubricant

Is there any play in the hinges?

You mean like sound while opening? Or? I dont understand question

Get hold of the outer edge of the door whilst wide open and try to shake it up and down.  If the hinges are worn you will feel a click as you shake the door, and if so this is a likely cause of your doors sticking as worn hinges spoil the alignment of the lock mechanism.

There is no that click i tried

All 4 doors ok

Drivers door is easier to open than passenger(70k driven)

For example passenger door when full open when i start to close it after it skips first level (which keeps door open) it can close automatically

On my octavia the rubber door seal is old and 'sucks in' to the metal especially once its sunny and sometimes takes a very strong push to open the door. You can get door seal oil to prevent this.
