Check Out 'amsoil' Based In Hounslow/twickenham (and Have Plenty Of Websites -american Co.). This Is Probably The Best Synthetic Oil Available And Their Oil Filters Remove Particles Half The Size Of Standard Filters So Engine Wear Is Drastically Reduced. They Are Actually Prepared To Make Specific Claims As To Potential Mpg Gains That Other Manufacturers Such As Mobil 1 Are Not Prepared Tom Make.

All of the listed oils meet the spec required - so yeah pretty much

I just use the standard VAG stuff as it all does the same job
