Retrofitting Bluetooth

Featured Replies

I know there have been many posts regarding this but I cant find the answer i need. I have a Columbus which I fitted when I got the car last year (thanks RustyNuts) but now want to fit bluetooth in order to get the voice control working etc. I have got the module and wiring but am a bit confused by the wiring loom. There is a small white connector and a socket for one of these connectors - do I join these? The wire colours are different, are they for MDI perhaps?

thanks

The different sockets are for the microphone for either with or without Voice Activation.  It looks as though as you have it there the loom is set up for "Without voice activation". If you want "With voice activation" then you need to do this. Match the plug colours as shown in the pic.
