YK63 CKO is/was a 2013 Skoda Octavia 2.0 TDi Scout Estate Manual.

 

From the battenburgs and signage, I'd say most likely an NHS rapid response ambulance.

 

I'm assuming - as @sparky2 did - that the front is toast, hopefully not to the detriment of the paramedics on board ....

A bit too rapid for its own good, hopefully not damaged overtaking other vehicles at the time.
