I'm having issues with storing the seat positions in memory. I'm not able to set any new seat positions.

I went through many topics on Briskoda and found out that updating the software will resolve the issue.

Fortunately, I'm also having the exact same hardware H24 but the part number is different. Can anyone please help me with the software update?

I hope this update is valid worldwide!

Welcome to the forum,

 

You need to hold down the menu button to enter the hidden menu, this contains the Software Train and the correct update flash button.

Odds are software version 0253 is available.

I can see only one update which also seems to be pretty old.

 

Where do I download 0241-2 from? Or do I have to only connect an empty pen drive and it will download through mobile net? Please guide.

@dpen14 The first picture shows your current installed Software Train MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0241T

This is also the correct location for firmware update button

Available is MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0253T

 

The second image is only showing you what update(s) that have been applied, and what version you have running in the system

 

The third image, you should update via SD Card, I don't think anyone has ever had success with USB.

 

 

Download is via a private message, and you copying the extracted files to an SD Card.

Probably 0253, but you need to hold down menu/setup key to view software train and this is also the location for the firmware update button.

Odds are you can update to 0253

 

But you should verify Software Train.

Press and hold down menu/setup button for about 10 seconds to enter menu and read this value.  It is also location for the firmware update button.

MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0369T This is available if you are on the 03xx series of firmwares

Are you running 0346 or 0246?

 

Because you should not load 03xx onto 02xx version of firmware.

Ideally please verify if you made a mistake above in typing in value.
