I've seen a number of YouTube vids of the mk3.5 with the MIB2.5 units.

I haven't seen any of the mk3.5 iV vids.

As mentioned by @MiniEggs above - the iV is a vastly different car, namely electrics, under the skin - hence it is very likely, and plausible that it's only the iV models that get the MIB3 units......for now.
