H,i guys

three months into my 2018 superb mk3 and finally mastered video file type.

files need to be 720/480 mpeg 4.

i am absolutely delighted to be able to play video while i sit quite a while waiting for passengers at dublin airport.

can I ask, are you putting these files on dvd, data stick/card or onto the hard drive

all files are on 32g sd card and work beautifully

Thanks - been struggling with this - will give it a go.

I don't have the tech-savvy to use an SD card so I have just used a prerecorded DVD.

Trouble is...after a few mins of watching (while the wife is shopping) I get worried about the battery drain.

Is that a realistic concern as far as you know?

certainly not been an issue for me (  also think the car monitors battery condition when using cooling/entertainment etc.etc. and will shut down or prompt you to start engine)

i think the car cuts out after 20 mins to protect battery

but once you start the engine .

the film resumes
