Hello guys,

I saw pictures of Columbus of Octavia III, before FL and design of the Columbus was looking same like in Octavii III after FL. 

Testmode menu and Example - audio menu

As I can see, he opened "testmode menu" and switch it there.

I have installed the last firmware version for my Columbus (1433 from 1/2019) and it should contain this, but I can't access it. Is it possible to do it via VCDS or I need something else (change the design or open testmode menu)

 

My Columbus HW is H42 and SW version 1433.

I will like to update my firmware from 0318.

You need to activate developer mode in 5F to get the menu available and then hold the menu button down until it appears.

I have never seen this done but if it is as simple as going on 1433 and changing the HMI then yes you will as 0318 doesn’t do this.
