Samsung S9+ and columbus

Featured Replies

I've been through the threads on infotainment but can't find clarification on how this phone plays with the columbus system. It has car mode pre-installed but not android auto, does the columbus recognise samsung car mode or do I need to install android auto alongside?

What do you want to do with your phone?

Listen music ...waze and android auto or what?

got the s9+ also, all I do is Bluetooth it to car for music & phone calls... I'd be interested as to what else could be achieved via phone that isn't available by the headunit alone.

I've got android auto & rockscout apps installed on phone but can't see what they offer more than what the headunit can do already ...?

I'd like full screen mirroring of phone if that's possible without payment ? or have I missed a trick with the above apps mentioned??

Waze for starters yes, still waiting for the car to be built so just researching in advance

You cannot get it no matter how much you are willing to pay.

You can get some features (Youtube, browser, video player) with Floating Apps Full Mirrorlink.
