How to wire additional wires from fusebox to central console radio so they are quiet?

Featured Replies

I already pulled four cables from the drivers side fuse box to the central console radio.

1 Rear Camera video cable, 1 rear camera video converter power cable and 2 CAN Bus twisted wires for the high beam assist.

Only the can bus twisted wires are twisted and covered with cloth tape.

I sometimes hear a ticking sound, one of the wires is knocking against the plastic of the car. The plastic beneath the steering wheel.

(Having a quiet car has disadvantages)

How should I wire the additional wires so they are quiet?

I put an RVC in and taped the new cable loom to the back of the bulk head and the stuck them to the brackets / frame I could see.

whats an RVC?

Could you post a picture of your setup, please? :)

Rear View Camera.

Sorry I took lots of pictures when I put it in, but not under and behind the dash.

I use the factory flocked tape so the pvc doesn’t squeak or rattle on the plastic. In the tailgate or pillar trims, I wrap the loom in thin foam rolled into a tube.
