doesn't all the dirt just scratch your paintwork?

Nope - no scratches. Apparently they tested it for 18 months. The solution encases the dirt and the cloth just lifts it. I know it sounds like it shouldn

As you live in the south east, I guess this will be a godsend when you are banned from using water:thumbup:

Dont think so. Claims to be ok on most things except caked on mud - you need to wash that off first.

Mine had your normal road grim and some bird ****. Took that off no problem. This is really one of those products that you need to see working to believe it.

Next time I'll try and remember to do a before and after.

I had a company valet my car in the work car park a couple of years ago...

They used some stuff called "Waterless" and it made a cracking job of the car.

I bought some and used it at shows throughout that summer... It really does do a decent job and I didn't get any scratches from using it. You MUST use a genuine terry towel with it though for some reason.

:nod: A lot of the mobile valeting companies use this sort of product as it stops them having to carry around big water tanks, etc.

Essentially it just "floats" the dirt off the car, which is the same thing as you're trying to achieve when washing with water...I would suspect that this product would actually do this better than water... :rubchin:
