Eibach spring prices

Featured Replies

What's the best price for the Fabia VRS eibach springs and where's the place to get them ? They'll be by courier to me anyway, so distance doesn't matter. They just need to be the RIGHT ones. ;) Cheers, Jon.

Anyone ?

Hi Mate

Fabia (6Y2) 1.9 TDI RS 09.03 - 10-79-001-05-22 £113.77 + VAT

That is the price we do them at.

The retail I believe to be £140 ish

Indeed it is a damn steep slope. I intended to keep mine COMPLETELY standard, but now look at the mods in my signature

Hi Mate

Fabia (6Y2) 1.9 TDI RS 09.03 - 10-79-001-05-22

How much is that lowering it? (-25mm?)

Hi Mate

You would be looking at about 30mm front and rear on the Eibach ones.

Good little mod that.

You would have to be aware that if the car has done around 40 - 60k miles you would have to think about the shockers too.

Cut the bump stops down when they are fitted as this helps with the comfort too.

Hope this helps

Hi Sarah,

I wont be fitting them myself, but if i inform the garage to "cut the bump stops down" they should know yeah?! I've not heard of this before and no-one has mentioned it when i've fitted springs previously.

I'm only on 11k, so just the springs will do for now. Got a link?

Cheers.

Hi Mate

If you do a search you should find the link for cutting bump stops down.

With only 11k on the clock you will be fine ;)

If I can help you further just give me a shout.

If you want to call my number is 0161 7760777

That seems like a good price to me. Is that for 4 springs, Sarah?

Well i've managed to finally convince myself to get the springs and that price seems good. But as everyone recommends not fitting to higher mileage cars could you tell me what the price for the dampers would be?

Tempted to just get the springs fitted, and get the dampers later on.

Just need to find somewhere to get them fitted......

Hi Mate

If you was looking at springs to be fitted and then shockers later , you would be looking at the same time again.

It takes about 4 hours to do the springs and the same to do the shockers.

Then after the tracking would need doing again.

So it is worth fitting both at the same time as the labour time is the same.

We have the FULL Koni set up which is the springs and shockers there.

Yeah, and I wanna keep it that way

£133.68 all in for the springs.

But if you wanted them posting it would be £145.43 all in posted to your door.

Is that what you wanted?

Thank you

Sarah

Sorry Sarah, didn't make myself clear. It was in reference to post 18. Are the prices INCLUSIVE of vat ?

Hi No

I always quote price + VAT

Sorry

Sarah

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi Sarah I have got the Eibach springs on my car already and was wondering how much you would charge to trim the bump stops for me? Would rather leave it to someone who knows what they are doing than a local garage who might mess it up.
