Help needed from anyone who's had the aluminium panel off the inside of the rear door.

I've drilled out all the rivets and the panel is now loose, but the panel includes the winder mechanism and the glass is attached to that, hence I cant get the panel off the door.

The big question is- How do i detach the glass from the winder. I've removed the lower black gromet and when the window is fully down I can see a white round plastic "rivetty thing" that would seem to fix the mech to the glass, but I can't figure out how to undo it.

Any help greatly appreciated.
