Best thing I done to mine was Hill Hold for the brakes with the  DSG😎

Nice post....one of my favourite tweaks was changing the interior bulbs to LED, makes a huge difference in the winter.

In particular the LED replacement from Superskoda for the boot lid for the estate are brilliant.  They often do a 20% sale as winter approaches, but they are worth the money full price.

I still love my Superb but ownership has been tainted in the last year with clutch failure and the Haldex pump needing replaced (only 40k miles...?) not to mention the hefty bill for the scheduled timing belt replacement....will keep on motoring though...!

Thanks - I understand from the forums that it is a bit "luck of the draw", depending on controller fitted - I'll give it a go though

glad I kept the VCDS bought for my (much missed) Audi Cabriolet!

Sounds nice - I found Superskoda great when I replaced all the bits a previous owner (or dealer) had removed, such as first aid kit, luggage compartment netting, warning triangle, wheel nut covers etc!

Sounds like you have had bad luck with your drive train - I know the (bad luck)  feeling, I had the turbo pack in on a 3 year old Passat B6 at 34k but (I'll probably regret saying this......shouldn't tempt fate...)  our old V70 and Audi TT have 300k between them and no turbo issues. No issues with Haldex on TT either, at 140K (both have thick and complete service histories). You deserve the next 100K trouble free. :)

@Cyberplod Just noticed Superskoda actually have their 20% sale on now....20th to 23rd...!

The 'Megapower Trunk Lights' are what I was mentioning.  The door safety lights are also very good.

I waited to the 20% sale a few years ago to buy these.

Yes, I too am hoping for many trouble free miles now!!

Cheers
