Hi all

bought a Skoda Fabia 1.4SE TDI Estate for wife last week, and tyre warning light was on all the time,and found this site while I was looking for info to switch it off,found the info on here and its sorted.

Hope I can help people out when I get to know a bit about the Skoda.

What age of Fabia is it?

 

On the TPMS, you dont turn it off, you Reset it, after checking you are happy with the tyre pressures or changing them, then set.

Something dealership staff tend to forget.

Hi all,thanks for the welcome, the Fabia is 4 years old,its a bit noisy on tick over but smooth whee reved up ,is this normal ?

Be sure to check the pinned thread at the top of the Mk3 section.

Your 1.4TDI possibly beeded the Recall Action.  That was to change the coolant, check if done and when.

The Water Pumps fail, even replaced ones.
