I have a problem with my windows. All 4 won't open. I have checked fuses seems to be OK. could it be the master switch in drivers door?

Quite possibly - do they open using their own switches?  I had a drivers-door switch issue last year, damp got in (probably window left open in the rain by a previous owner) - replaced and all fine.  Also, try unlocking the car by the key but hold down the unlock button - it should put all windows down (I think - mine does).  

 

 

Is convenience opening/closing enabled via the infotainment menu and is it set to all 4 doors/windows or driver only? 

Yes checked all that,can't open the tailgate either is there a manual over ride ?
