what's on your Kodiaq facelift wish-list ? (regular/RS)

Featured Replies

love my RS. ride has been exemplary , esp considering 20 inch alloys . nonetheless, improvements i'd like :

  • engine from Octavia 245
  • anticipative AWD for shooting off from standstill
  • sound boost off by default : easy-access on-button with selectable intensities , akin to seat-heater button
  • wider track : less body roll, more room for 3 adults abreast at the back, sportier appearance
  • better boot-netting arrangements for 7-seater
  • fixed sunroof option
  • volume/zoom knobs for Colombus
  • fold-down armrest on driver’s outboard side
  • adaptive cup-holders at the back
  • gloss black door handles

Skoda is always 4 wheel drive when taking off. Up to 15 km/h at least and then depending on grip. 60/40 if I remember correctly.

Yep, defo on the 245 (or the 264 better still) engine or we can always dream of a V6T 🙄 for the vRS (never gonna happen though).

Default OFF for the start/stop.

Dsg paddles as standard.

A better cruise control switch (for on/cancel etc) its currently far too stiff/fiddly on the indicator stalk.

Reverse cam as standard

Not sure what else.

completely forgot about the PITA stop-start . bloody ridiculous . saves bugger all fuel, destroys refinement, and a safety hazard at T-junctions

You can have most of that, and more, for twice the price, BMW X5.
