Which year did heated windscreens start on the Yeti?

Featured Replies

Anyone beat -18°C?

Also just for the record I was not being negative about the Skoda brand or indeed the Yeti specifically, generally I really like Skoda's, I've owned 3.

However the heated screen that I optioned on my 2012 yeti seemed to operate very poorly in comparison to older Ford and Honda heated screens that I had access to at that same time that's all, we are all entitled to our opinions/views. Clearly some of you are very happy with how yours perform, I was not with mine. As per OP I would not recommend making a heated screen the deciding factor in their choice of a used Yeti.

  • I have a heated windscreen on my 2017 SE-L and can't understand the negative posts about it. On frosty mornings it clears the screen perfectly and very quickly, far better than any spray and much more

  • Thanks all, I'll go with the button check as that seems to be the simplest way to find out! Really appreciate you coming back so quickly.

Nope, -16 was as close as I got, only managed to take a photo at -15 though...
