Wireless charging fault

Featured Replies

Ok previously my Samsung Galaxy S8 didn't charge but I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and the wireless charging worked well, but last week I got a message saying remove foreign object from wireless drawer, but after checking there was nothing else in the drawer or the area...

Now when I put the Note 9 in it does not charge or recognise the phone in the drawer, I was wondering if I did a battery reset if this would clear the fault, and may try this at the weekend.

But I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or had any suggestions to check before booking it in for repair?
