So Im driving Octavia 2012 combi with halogen lights. Right hand drive.
I have problem with my lights. It started about one week ago. Rear right fog light was allways on. I couldn't switch it of with my light switch. Vcds didn't show any faults. In byte 18 in 09 group I had 00 and i switched it to C0 lightning:restart and then back to 00. 00 was stock. My rear fog light stops to be on all the time and started to respond to my light switch. But then i had fault that i need to check my front left DRL light and when light switch was on 0 position my rear light was on. Then I started to check internet and figured out that byte 18 is dangerous for changes. Find out that for halogen its coding 30 for byte 18. Coded it to 30, no foults, no all time rear lights and to all time rear fog light. But my Front DRL is not working. When lightning switch is on Auto position DRL is not switching on. Maybe someone have corect coding for that? I have BCM PQ35 H. In photo it's coding when started problems with lights. I wasn't coded enything when it started.

The correct coding is 00. However, this won't fix your problem...

 

You need to find someone with VCP or ODIS-e to correct the lighting configuration for you.
