Yaw Rate Sensor location

Featured Replies

Anyone knows the location of the Yaw Rate Sensor (G202) in Yeti 2012 Elegance 4x4? I had been getting this Stabilization Control error and VCDS scan is pointing to fault in Yaw Rate Sensor.

It's inside the ABS pump electronic control module.

It might be possible to open it and fix it but it's probably easier to replace it with a good used module.

My technician already had a looked at the ABS module and didn't find one. I guess its different from Octavia.

Yes, that's because it's inside the ABS module. It'll be a component on the PCB and not designed to be replaced separately.

The older MK60 ABS pumps had a separate set of sensors that were normally under the front seats. This changed when the MK60EC1 was released, the sensors are now inside the ABS module. This will be the same for any car with 1K0 907 379 BJ fitted...
