Car wouldn't start

Featured Replies

Hi, need help. I drive a 2014 skoda rapid 1.6-litre MPI petrol engine. While reversing my car to park started experiencing jerks till the engine went off. Tried restarting without success. After a long period the low oil pressure indicator comes up on the indicator panel. Have checked the oil level and it's okay. Fuel is also being supplied (injector nozzle sensor is responding) but car still not starting. Kindly help.

The oil level being OK does not mean that the oil pressure is also OK. Is the low oil pressure warning extinguishing? If not, you have a likely problem with the pick-up, the oil pump. or oil pressure switch, and I can't diagnose which from a different continent!

Thanks so much for your advice. Understand the continents are miles apart . 😂
