That is an immaculate display of cleaning products; do you detail your detailing kit?
😉

I do like a clean car, but am not prepared to expend the effort to spruce to the forensic level that your arsenal of equipment indicates you are; impressive!

There are plenty of Superb owners who will be happy to meet you over in the Styling and Car Care forum. I keep it simple: "clay" glove used with a car wash, polish, wax, detail spray. Autoglym, Meguiars, Bilt Hamber. Not enough shelf room for much more. Car gets a good polish and wax twice a year.

Not really.

Bottle of stardrops and one of those sponge pan scourers here 😈

It's been too chilly here in the sticks to wash it lately.  I did my wife's car last weekend and the water froze as soon as it hit the paintwork 🙄

I ended up using one of the 5 quid hand wash places the other day for the first time on this car.  I'm generally not a fan of someone else's muck being dragged across my paintwork but even with my own care and attention since new (snow foam, 2 buckets, sheepskin mitt, clay bar and all that jazz) it's still swirl city in bright sunlight.  I had a close look when I got home and it was no better nor worse than before swirl wise.

Make sure you wipe your feet before you enter. They get very tetchy about dirt on their floor mats 😂

I'm into detailing too but haven't done much in the last year or 2 due to health, hoping to get back to it when the weather warms up.

My kit doesn't look as impressive as yours, it used to but I've found there's a lot of crossover in products - a bit like how they market ibuprofen!

Happy detailing!
