This week I got a Mar 2015 Superb L&K with the Columbus TV (H27, SW 6276) the TV plays if there is good enough reception but sound is often not coming though.

 

I think it is different to most peoples issues on the forum with bad signal & mute icon issue as I also have that from time-to-time.

 

Eg: Most stations the icon at top left shows 'CH B' and no sound is heard, change station and the icon changed to 'stereo' and I can hear the program. Watching CBBC the program is Audio Described instead of the dialogue. There should be an option in the setting to change this but it is not listed on my unit.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

NB: I've checked with Rusty and the TV unit is separate to his expertise

Left alone for a few days and the option has appeared...

will test if actually working when I get chance. Sat a traffic lights the TV isn't finding any programs from what I can see.
