Well after owning a mk1 vrs estate for a few years and getting it to 240bhp and 300lbft with all the bolt ons and a rtech map, I decided to sell it for a mk3 vrs hatch. The idea was to take it stage 1 only. Well...

Heres how I picked it up

I then bought a dtuk box and had it dyno tested. stock was 235bhp 260lbft and with full settings 280bhp and 330lbft. Now bear with me Ive had 4 years worth of mods done!

Black grill and mirrors next. Rear sill plates. Ramair panel filter. HR springs, Kenwood Garmin Satnav. Dog bone mount, Reiger rear splitter, genuine boot guard thingy,

Tuned at unicorn 390bhp and torque capped at 380lbft. Also had the dsg mapped. The power was lower than he had hoped but i was using rainsport tyres which are really soft and they had to remove hadfulls of rubber off the dyno and it was a bloody hot day 26c i think,

few weeks back the car was idling funny and stalling. I did some research and bought a new cam magnet. Bingo all fixed! The pipe in the middle should move freely. Mine was sticking ever so slightly and was messing up the vvt.
