H15 replacement upgrade

Featured Replies

Hello, any one having an issue with h15 bulbs i changed them to h15 osram cool blue intense yet still look yellow more so the DRL's i also but cool blue intense h7 osram bulbs and are really white look at 4200kelvin yet the h15 are 3700kelvin being more yellow.

Can anyone recommend a better bulb as seems none of the big bulb makers make much option for H15 type bulb

Cheers Alex

No --- stick with the Osram.  I tried a 6K bulb from a 'less well know manufacturer' and it was really white on DRL, but on full beam the light output dropped massively.... to the point it wasnt obvious they were on.  I opted for the Cool Blue Intense Osram in the end.

Drop in LED.

This is what I'm using.  Really good.

Do you get a warning  from the daylight  bulbs ,and can you  post a link to yours

There was no errors before coding.

And coding for Octavia III is super simply. After coding high beam became slightly more brightly.

I got them from my local seller https://www.astina.dk/audi-q7-4l-05-15/h15-led-forlygtepaerer-6000k-kore-langlys-p-42957.html

I think these on eBay are the same

So we're clear on this; you are actually advocating driving illegal vehicles on a public internet forum?

I'm not placing rifle to anyone head and telling to install illegal stuff on their car.

Yes you did; I've quoted the relevant post again  in case you were unclear about what you said.
