Hi,

 

Had my Karoq sel 2.0tdi 4x4 since November 19 with constant smart link issues:

-No volume coming through, track showing as playing the system crashes and reboots meanwhile my phone still plays the song.

- volume wont turn up, will only turn down untill it mutes but cant un mute unless I select radio

-if moving from radio to smart link, radio plays on even though, on smart link, spotify is playing.

 

Got car booked in but if anyone else has this issue I'll post the response.

Not too sure if this will help but there is an imminent Android Auto update which fixes a few issues.

I'm fairly certain it's the car as infotainment totally crashes but phone keeps playing
