Hi, got in my skoda superb today, at some point i realised that the central locking, folding mirrors and all window switches had stopped working ONLY on the drivers door, everything working on all the other doors, i havn't a clue so any help and advice as to what this is likely to be would be very much appriciated its a 2014 superb estate 4x4 2.0L diesel

Probably the wiring cracked/broken between the door and the body. Pull back the rubber gaiter and have a look at it.
