Hi all I'm looking at changing my SE L bumper to a VRS one and my question is will it fit and do I have to change any wiring for the fog lights? 

Yes it will fit and yes you will need to modify the fogs are there are 2 bulbs on each side of the vRS. I would use the same wiring loom and take the signal over to the extra bulb on each side and get a set of bulb holders to match as wiring direct to the BCM would be w bit of a pain.
