Does any know where I can get the sticker for the car ?

my current octivia doesn’t have one !

Have you checked inside the front page of the car's manual they sometimes put it there now. Failing that you can get a print out from  a Skoda dealer with your car's VIN on the base of the windscreen/dashboard.

Normally you should find it in the spare wheel well, and/or in the manual or both!

Skoda no longer stick them in the spare wheel well.

 

They've also stopped supplying service books, so you won't find it there either.

 

Everything is going electronic so the days of sticking stickers and supplying paper booklets are fast becoming a thing of the past.

 

Take your VIN from the windscreen under the passenger wiper and try this...

 

 

As @silver1011 says, they have been discontinued (for cars built after week 47 in 2017).

 

You can also get an equivalent PDF file of Vehicle Data from Skoda's erWin site (unfortunately you need to pay for access), but your Skoda dealer should be able to supply a print-out for free.  Unlike the stickers, it contains a full explanation of all of the codes.  Here's the start of mine (the rest of it lists further PR codes - 197 of them in my case)
