Greetings all. As a Skoda owner I’ve been reading this site with interest for a while and thought it time to jump in. I’ve always admired turbodiesel euro wagons and see them as ideal family transport, especially when needing to cover long distances comfortably and economically. Although not as common as in the UK Skodas are becoming increasingly common on Australian roads with their profile lifted by the annual Tour de France cycling race on SBS television which gets a huge audience, and are considered a thinking man’s car.
