hello people! im first time here and i have a heavy question! i have fabia mk2 2008, 1.4tdi! can i swap hole front end from mk3! is it possible without to many complication? im not professional mechanic but i can work with tools and i have free time..

Mk2 and Mk3 are different cars.............or do you mean "facelift" a Mk 2 ?

...Even facelift won't be simple. They have different wings, bonnets, lights, etc so will almost certainly have differing front panels and inner wing bracket positioning. (Possibly even inner wing liners, wiring etc too, although some might be the same, as a cost cutting exercise)!

It would most likely be more cost effective to sell on and re-purchase a newer vehicle, unless you have a smashed-up older one and access to cheap parts for a later one, plenty of time and plenty of bandages/plasters for those knuckles you will almost certainly scrape off!

 

Oh, if the bonnet changed, (And it did) The wings might have changed too, as the bonnet was kind of lowered, so the inner wings probably ARE different. There could be quite a lot of stuff too, as they had different engines so the older lump might not fit under the later bonnet, although I would think there is still a bit of space but you would not want to end up having to swap engines, just due to this.

i seen a golf 5 with golf 6 front ena... they change wings, bonet. lights and cooling stuff in front! thats allmost plag and play with minnor changing... so i had idea to swap mine front from mk2 to mk3

Welcome to the forum.

The Mk3 Fabia from 2014 is a different width from a mk2.

Just a few mm wider side to side to  the front wheel arches and then there is the tornado line that continues from the wings to the doors.

 

Subframe, windscreen, A pillars etc etc all different.

If you fit a Mk3 Fabia front to a Mk2 Fabia your project pictures will go global.

I have one question............................................WHY ????

why not? havin something that is uniqe... to see what i have in my hands and mind, to be first to do something lijke that, to make something with my own hands

if you mean mk3 as in facelift of the mk2 ie the 2011-2014 style then yes but a LOT to swap just make sure you have everything you need and factor in wiring extension and plug swaps etc
