Hi, car has been off the road for several months due to upgrading have recently fitted a reconditioned PD150 turbo, changed all gaskets, primed turbo well before starting the engine and I have recently noticed a silent whine while accelerating and while revving in neutral obvious suspect would be the turbo but as it has been reconditioned i wouldn't like to think that is the cause, when i disconnect the vaccum hose off the actuator on the turbo the noise is not there wondering if there was anything else it could be.
