For years now I have noticed it takes at least 5 minutes for my air con to get cold on my Skoda Superb 2010 model.              ( whereas my Audi A6 goes cold immediately). I have had the air con re-gassed but it has not made any difference. Is my problem normal, if not what is the solution? Thanks. Steve 

Can't help with the issue but mine does take a bit of time to kick in also???

RCV valve on the compressor. It’s a £25 part just the system needs to be degassed and gassed again. I have been meaning to change mine for the last two years 😞 keep putting it off, good 5 minute delay on ours
