Rear ABS sensor connector

Featured Replies

Hi All

Anyone know how the rear ABS sensor is connected to the wiring harness?

It looks like the sensor is integral to part of the loom (unlike the front).

If so, where in the vehicle does it connect?

Vehicle is 2007 Roomster 2, 1.9Tdi, BSW engine.

Thanks in advance.

I'd say it'll come into the cabin underneath the rear seat bases, so have a look there, and see where the cable leads on its way forward.

Looking at this image, the grommet under the rear seat will be the one just above the sensor itself in the picture, so there should be a two-way connection somewhere not all that far from there.

For Info'

Sensor connects in boot under wheel arch cover.

Rear sensors are dealer part only!!!

£150 each!!

I found original OE replacement at Skoda-parts.com in Czechoslovakia for 45 euros, you can purchase cheaper one, but I didn't want to chance it.

Site worth a look if you are looking for parts.
