As per other posts just picked up my new Fabian estate Monte Carlo and was looking at the connect app and wondered how I activate the features of locate car, honk and flash, heating etc? I got onto Skoda website that seemed to indicate you bought a licence but the shop link just displays an error so was wondering if it’s now defunct or there are other ways to get it?

 

any help appreciated, plus does anyone have it and would you pay to have it? When I had a Leaf it had many of these features for free but being able to preheat car was very nice on those winter mornings.

 

 

I received information that there is a problem with the server and therefore the services cannot be activated.
I have the same problem.

Thanks, I called Skoda but they weren’t sure what was going or and even if my car could have the remote access service.

 

Guess I’ll have to see if the webpage comes back online over next few days.
